Balancing the Elements: A Qigong & Yin new year workshop

Join us for an embodied exploration of the energy of the new year. Opening with meditation and breath, a flowing Qigong sequence, and followed by nourishing candlelit Yin.

An open Qigong class for beginners and those with experience. We are exploring the Shibashi TaiChi-18 forms. This class is suitable for all bodies.
